What Is Mesotherapy?.
Targeted action – directly beneath the skin
Mesotherapy is a gentle, minimally invasive treatment in which highly active meso-cocktails are injected directly into the middle layer of the skin – precisely where they can be most effective.
It combines elements of conventional medicine, acupuncture, and neural therapy, addressing areas where skin, tissue, or hair roots need support.
Origin & History
The method was developed in 1952 by the French physician Dr. Michel Pistor.
On June 4, 1958, he published a scientific article that introduced the term “mesotherapy” – referring to the mesodermal origin of skin and connective tissue during embryonic development.
Since then, the technique has been continually refined.
- 1966: Founding of the French Society for Mesotherapy
- 1976: First international mesotherapy conference
- 1987: Official recognition by the Académie de Médecine in France
- Dr. Pistor described his philosophy with the words: "Injecter peu, rarement, au bon endroit" – "Inject little, rarely, in the right place."
High-Tech Meets Precision – The Vital Injector
Modern mesotherapy uses advanced injection systems like the Vital Injector, which delivers active ingredients precisely, evenly, and with minimal discomfort.
The system uses five micro-needles and a gentle vacuum attachment, which lifts the skin slightly to make the process virtually pain-free.
Dosage, depth, and speed are finely adjustable, ensuring maximum results with minimal strain.
